Shipping Costs and Return Policy


National Deliveries: free; returns: free (see conditions and lead times).

Europe: a cost of 12 to 19 Euros per delivery (max. weight 5 kg).


Normal sizes, though hand-sewn espadrilles tend to be smaller than average, i.e. if you want a 38, which is normally a tight-fit, then it is better to choose a 39. In any case, details of the sizes can be found in the description with each shoe.



National Deliveries: 48 hours from receipt of payment. Please give an address or a point of delivery where someone will be present when the transport company arrives with your goods. The package will be sent to this address; if no one is present to receive the delivery, a second attempt will be made. If the second attempt fails, the goods will be returned to the factory and your payment refunded.


European Deliveries: 4 to 5 days, with the possibility of returns but, in the latter case, the customer assumes the costs involved (European deliveriesonly).


If a purchase is made on a public holiday, then the 48 hours begin as of the next available working day.

‘Versión Moda’ accepts no liability for any information provided by the User that is incorrect or missing, or when delivery proves impossible through either User absence or Customs issues.



Returns (whether the shoe is the wrong size or the wrong type) are accepted for a period of 15 days following receipt of goods. Returns are free of charge; customer satisfaction is our overriding priority.

‘Versión Moda’ has 15 days to refund the cost or send the requested size, once the product has arrived in our facilities and been checked: unworn, clean, in perfect conditions and complete with the original packaging.

Costs for returns made after this 15-day period (collection and delivery for exchange or refunds) shall be met by the customer.

When changing one type of shoe for another, payment must be made before delivery. The carrier will collect your order and the new espadrilles will be sent once the former is at our facilities and its condition checked. Changes to an order may only be made once.




Should any item be out of stock, we will provide a new delivery schedule. If it were impossible to send this article, then either the shoe type would need to be changed or the order cancelled.

The User may not claim compensation for delayed delivery under these exceptional circumstances. Customer satisfaction is of great importance to us.


Any request for improvements in our traditional espadrilles or our web service will receive our fullest attention. As a brand, Starlove was created with a “Love for the tiniest details” and any effort made to improve our service will be taken into consideration. All prices are in Euros and include national VAT; national carriage costs are included in the price. Any additional tariffs will be expressly mentioned in the price details.
