RETURNS ARE FREE

Returns or changes of size are free for Spain. Returns outside of Spain or Portugal will not be free. The return period will be 15 days from receipt of the product. After the deadline, the costs of collection and shipping for exchange or return will be borne by the customer.

Deadlines: returns can be made within 15 days from the date of receipt, either because they do not like the model or there is a size problem. Returns are free, the satisfaction of our customers is our priority. Fashion Version will have 15 days to refund the amount or change the size once the product has been collected and verified that it is in perfect condition, clean, unused and with its original packaging.

Changes: The change of a model that has been purchased for a different model, must be paid before being delivered, the carrier will pick up your order and the new espadrilles will be sent once they have entered the factory and it is confirmed that they are in perfect condition, it is possible to make changes but only once.
